Government Lawyer of International War Crime Tribunal has finished the hearing (5-sep-2011) to make charge against Mowlan Delowar Hossain Sayeedy, the Nayeb e Amir of Bangladesh Jamat Islami. The Lawyer of Defense team of Mowlana Delowar Hossain Sayeedy didn’t get the video footage copy, even they several time asked for Copy from the Tribunal. The Dated 5-september-2011 at 10:38 am the Tribunal start work for hearing against the charge of mowlana delowar hossain sayeedy. At first the chief of defense team Mr. Tazul Islam asked for more time for his legal preparation for the hearing. But tribunal didn’t accept his appeal. Mr. Tazul Islam told to the tribunal that if my client Mowlana Delowar Hossain sayeedy don’t know what kinds of complain arise against him then how can he will get legal support!

The Lawyer of Defense team protest to justice of tribunal about their unlawful work. In front of Press he complain that the Justice of tribunal willingly correct lot of weak point in the Case. He told that this will arise the question about the fare justice.

Staff Reporter: At the middle of life and death seriously sick Nayeb e Amir of Bangladesh Jamat Islami and international reputed Muffasir e Quran Mowlana Delowar Hossain Sayeedy cant get bail from international wair Crime Tribunal last 31-may-2011. This is the 4th time the international War Crime tribunal cancel the appeal of Bail. Mowlana Sayeedy is so much ill that he was sitting on the Wheel Chair but at time of hearing with in one Hour he become so much sick that he farther have to send back to the Dhaka Bardem Hospital. Tribunal Cancel the appeal of bail and ordered to the Government Prosecutor make charge against Mowlana Sayeedy within 16 july-2011. The judge bench Mr Nizamul Huque, A T M Fazlay Kabir and A K M Zahir asked to the Government Prosecutor why they failed to submit investigation report against Mowlana Sayeedy before 20 april -2011 but There was the order from the tribunal . The Government Prosecutor told that we got the report from invistigation department just before half an hour. We will read it and then we will make Charge against Mowlana Sayeedy. In Reply the Tribunal Judge said that How long you take time? Already 11 month passed without any complain Mowlana Sayeedy we keep him in the Cave (Zail) , Now he become so sick.

The Lawyer of Mowlana Delowar Hossain Sayeedy Mr. Tanvir Ahmed and Al Amin asked Bail to tribunal by showing the physical conditon of Sayeedy. They told that “ Mowlana Sayeedy is a Wel known Islamic Scholar (National and International) , He was the par lament Member in two Government Period. He is Heart Patient. He has two block in his heart by using Ring. Already find another 2 Heart near 75% Block. Now it is increasing. He is also Diabetics and High Blood Pressure Patient. His age is 70 years. By seeing the bad condition of Sayeedy the Tribunal permitted him to take treatment from Hospital without Bail. The Hospital Treatment is not enough for him. He need family treatment and good care. He is so sick ,so within One hour you have to send him to Hospital . so Please Let Mowlana Sayeedy give by any condition. We are ready to agree any condition you give him for bail. “

The Government Prosecutor M haydar Ali Protest the Bail of Mowlan Sayeed . He told that “ Mowlan Sayeedy was Arrested for the Complain breaking human rights , In 1971 killing, Reaping, burning and rovery so much anti Humanity work had done by him . so he cant have the right to ask bail . very soon have to make Charge against Him . so for fair judgement , he cant get bail. In this time the Court Judge said that “ From 11 Months arrest him without any Charge. How Long More? He is more sick now”

After hearing both side Order that Mowlana Sayeedy Cant get Bail and the Government Prosecutor have to make Charge before 11 July-2011.
